-Finished assets for rural area, and several props. Did some style exploration. Made Concept art for side characters. Revamped grid size for buildings. Lots of more ideas to come :>`
-4 classes are now done !! Moving onto the rest of the classes and started a new document that better visualizes how our skill trees will look in game. Levels are still be worked on, on the side but nothing else to report for now.
We assembled an Audio team! Completed the audio bible with the help of Albert and William, and also started on the audio asset list. Met with the audio team this past week and went over the audio bible. The audio asset list will be growing as more abilities and mechanics get finalized. We also brainstormed some audio systems, mainly for adaptive music for homebase and missions.
On the implementation side, we got an Audio Manager set up to simplify calls to Wwise. Besides just playing sounds, it currently includes functionality for adaptive homebase music, UI button sounds, assigning music to missions, and assigning SFX to abilities.
The UI team is COOKING, hardcore on the mid-fis~ Nearly completed mid-fis for the homebase screen, map, unit management, seraphim skill tree, squad ready up, and loading screen! Still working on finishing the mid-fis for the other screens right now but they are coming along swell (big thanks to the UI team for the amazing work!).
Now, we’re working on forming a design system to begin designing high-fidelity components for each of the screens (it’s the final COUNTDOWN DUNDUDNUDN)!
